Very easy and a great way to keep your bags safe when you have late flights or long layovers and want to explore a city without your bags.

Please notify customer's using same day storage/pick-up that the store may be closed for a small period of time in the middle of operating hours in case the customer updates their pick-up time!

Drop off is very easy. My backpack was having a hard time closing and they were able to get a different type of tag and make it work. Definitely recommend
