It worked for me, I spent one day in NYC - left my luggage in this store in the morning and came back to pick it up late at night before my LaGuardia flight. The distance is kind of walkable, but if you want some comfort I’d just take a cab/uber.

Very friendly and helpful. Open late for pickup and secure. Not being from the area I was going to an event and couldn't check into hotel before the event. This resolved my problem easily and was easy and affordable.

No signs for storage, go into convenience store. Excellent service. They take your bags and store - no individual locker, but worked perfectly

All services related to the pick-up, drop-off and booking for this were great! All the people I interacted with were personable and willing to help. One of the people working made sure I got my water bottle which was taken out of my bag temporarily. I was impressed that he remembered, because even I forgot! I was only concerned with feeling unsafe in the neighborhood that this place was located. I was with my partner and she was targeted/cat-called many times on our walk over from the 7. This recurring action, made both of us uncomfortable and surprised since it was a Sunday afternoon. When we picked up our luggage later in the day, we decided to take an Uber to feel safe. I know this isn't necessarily something that can be "fixed" but it might be an important thing to communicate to customers.

The convenience of dropping off and picking up my bags made the last day of my trip so much smoother. We left our luggages and took them back. This is a grocery store. At first we were scared to lose our things, but our suitcases were fine

It was a Deli on a Main Street and so locating was not an issue.Leaving the bag and picking up was quick and straight forward.Location was close to LGA and so very convenient for people taking flights in/out of airport to use this location.

Everything was fine, the collected luggage looked intact and the contents inside were correct. We recommend!
