Dean was incredibly helpful. Dropping off my luggage allowed me to tour NYC during my long layover. Dean also dropped my bag off at the airport which helped me make flight on time. I'll definitely recommend this service to everyone.

Everything was great, with the exception of a last Stanley water bottle. I spoke with the woman that ran the Deli and she said she would mail it to me the following day, however she stopped responding to my text and I am now going to file a claim for the $70 lost water bottle.

This place was in a very convenient location not too far from JFK, we had a flight to Toronto for 2days then returning back to NYC. Our luggage was stored with great care, we were given tags for each of our luggage (total of 3large ). It was my first experience ever living my luggage stored so I was definitely feeling a bit skeptical, I’m glad this service is offered it was so helpful not having to pay for check in bags. I highly recommend Bounce and the Deli in queens!

The staff was awesome, we were still on Google maps trying to get our bearing when she came to meet us, assisted with our luggages and processed us in less than 5 minutes, she was generally very helpful and the location to our hotel was just perfect. 5 star service all around

Exceptional service and very friendly staff! We felt that our luggage was well cared for and secure and it was so nice to be able to explore without worrying about it. Very easy process. A little difficult to find, but it is inside the deli! The other reviews did not disappoint and were spot on. Definitely recommend using this location!
