Luggage storage Intrepid 11th

It was very convenient from the cruise port. The people there were super friendly and helpful.

Did exactly what it said on tin…. All good!

Great service .Bags stored in the back of store met our needs for 4 hours to allow us to do final things in NYC before our flight home

Location was excellent and everything went smoothly. Excellent service.

Looks are not everything. It was a small place, and our bags were locked in a back room. It was perfect, and the ppl were perfect. I would recommend this place. Super close to pier.

Very friendly staff

Friendly. No issues

Very close to cruise ship dock

Easy drop off. Secure. Cane from a cruise peir 88 seen intrepid museum and walked to times square minus all the luggage. Took Uber to the airport after picking up the suitcases. Easy peasy!

Great location.

This location was perfect for after our cruise at pier 88. Staff was friendly. Our bags were stored in the back under a counter out of sight from customers.

Dropoff and pickup couldn’t have been easier. Great service, reasonably priced … every New York visitor should know about Bounce!

Great experience, thank you.

Very near pier 88.

Location was great, people were helpful. We were expecting some sort of sturage unit, not a storage cupboard at a mini mart so it was a bit strange at first but no complaints

It went well, even the pickup. A slightly uneasy feeling when the suitcases were parked among the canned food.
