Everything was exactly as described. Luggage was safe and getting checked in and out was fast. Will definitely be using it again when traveling and need somewhere to store bags.

Super friendly staff, very helpful as I had never used Bounce before, and on site security made me feel much safer leaving my things there. Got my stuff back with no damage/nothing missing, and the store even stayed open a little later so I could come get it. Super close to the stadium, so highly recommend for leaving things here if you're coming for a game!
