  • I was really disappointed with Bounce as a company, we wanted the nearest luggage storage from Brooklyn cruise terminal and used the way suggested by them, they don’t send you the address until you have booked, it ended up costing us $35 in a Uber to the location. Stay clear of Bounce the address should be given before you book (looking in legal action against them). The store itself was brilliant where I stored the luggage
