I appreciated they kept my items safe. I had an item hanging out fo the bag and when I came to pick my bags up they had attached the hanging item in a better way to keep it all together and safe. Make note when picking up your bags you will have to wait for other customers who are doing their mailing service. Which can delay getting to destination. And in my case missing my flight 😅 but I’m so glad there are these types of services for such an affordable low low price!!

On the whole, staff were helpful and prompt. Only minus: when we popped by to ask for info a few days before, a staffer said we just need to show up on the day. On the day, another staffer told us we needed to book on their app before handing over any bags.

Drop off and collecting luggage was easy and straight forward. Very helpful staff. Will use the Bounce service again when next time in NYC.

i was bummed to be billed extra for a small backpack and for the fact that the store staff made me book that extra backpack on my phone, instead of doing it on their own... especially since my wifi wasn't working. took more time than necessary. but the location is perfect!
