The store is a deli. Drop off and retrieval were super easy. I merely marked my luggage and took a photo of it during drop off and showed them that photo when I returned. Both times were quick and easy and the people were nice. It’s a nice deli too.

A little unsettling at first - it's a little strange to leave your luggage in a convenience store - but everything worked very well, both during drop-off and collection.
