Was easy to drop off and collect the bags, the staff were helpful and the bags were stored in the back of the store, out of sight. The bags were simply tagged with our initials, I would recommend taking a photo also.

I was not entirely convinced about storing luggage on Brooklyn but it was fantastic. There were 2 guys, older and younger, making totally trustworthy feeling. Your bags will be safe there (stored on the back, cannot be seen).
