Perfect handlong of bags in comparison to other companies. Friendly guys working there in front of Museo Archeologico in Naples took a photo and stored luggage so i was sure it was mine. 5/5 reccomend a lot.

Across from museum, great service

Really easy to find, just look for the espresso place. People are nice. Location is directly across from the museum, so it’s easy to drop your stuff off and find stuff to do nearby in the city without having to deal with your luggage. A little pricey. I’ll admit that the museum does have lockers too so if you have small bags maybe try that, but if you have big stuff bounce is a good option.

Very comfortable service in Naples at different locations. We used it on the day of arrival and departure at convenient places for us, when we were not able to check in yet, had to check out early and wanted to use as much time as possible to see the city and surroundings.

The staff was kind and friendly. The app however would not open up multiple times to show my details and I had to take screenshots of every bounce location reservation or we couldn’t get our details when we needed them.
