Luggage storage Lachenaie

Very good place to keep the luggage in our last day, after checking out and before riding to the airport. It is conveniently close to old Montreal and its touristic attractions, for those who don't mind walking a little (which is required for visiting the city centre anyway). The owner was very quick and the place seemed pretty safe.

The app is easy to use and very comprehensive. Storing my luggage went very smoothly: no time wasted dropping off and picking up all my belongings in the same condition as when I dropped them off.

Great service offered by Bounce. Staff in the shop were really helpful and friendly. Booking process very easy.

Super convenient, the location is great, you can drop off your suitcase in 2 minutes and pick it up in 1. I left my suitcase for 8 days at an affordable price, the best I found in downtown Montreal. They're not strict about the hours if you leave it for more than a day (same price regardless of the time).

I chose this place because they are open late. Other locations close earlier and I did not wish to rush as I wanted to enjoy the old town Montreal and Cirque du Soleil show. I was going to the airport afterwards, and their selections of food and snacks really helped! I had a delicious sandwich to eat before my flight, and several boxes of cookies (made in France!) to give my friends as souvenirs. Yay!

Uber dropped us off from the airport. Easy to find and big convenience store. It’s right in old Port and was a 2-3 min walk to our hotel in old Port near Jacque Cartier Square. Perfect!

I needed to put somewhere my luggage for a day and i found on google Bounce Storage - they have options throughout the city in different stores and places where you can keep your luggage which was very convenient, the place was literally across the hotel where i stayed. Price could’ve been cheaper but also everything is pricey now. It was a decent service for the price. Recommend.

Fast and very easy

It was really good. I'm Brazilian and I was only going to spend 3 days in New York. My hotel didn't guarantee that I would receive the package, so I used bounce and it worked out great. Amazon delivered it quickly and a few days later I arrived in NYC and went straight to pick up my package. The only thing I would like to point out is that the building's intercom wasn't working and I almost couldn't contact the person who picked up the package. Luckily, a resident of the building saw what happened and helped me by calling the person in charge.

The people in this store are very friendly. They can speak to you in English, French and Spanish.

Easy to book - much cheaper than paying for a late checkout - just in a shop in their back area - so not a separate locker - you also need to pay for each bag - you can’t show up with your booked suitcase and then ask them to also store some hand luggage - I had to edit my booking whilst I was there to get more things stored - which wasn’t difficult!!

The price is a bit steep for Brazilians, but it's useful and practical, I recommend it.
