Store person was kind and friendly. Not the best space to leave bags, but essentially our bags were full of dirty clothes so it didn’t really matter to us. Easy to find and easy to book. Great experience

I had a good experience with Bounce Luggage in San Francisco. The person handling my bags was kind and helpful.

Experience could not have been smoother! Gentleman at UPS scanned the Bounce code, and our luggage was wheeled off to the back. When we got returned, pick up was just as easy.

No complaints. Its a convenience store and he is making money by allowing luggage to sit inside. Good side hustle. He provided a service and I paid. Items were safe upon my return.

This was a perfect spot near SFO airport. The fact that it’s a convenience store catches you off guard but the staff was friendly, efficient and our luggage was returned safely.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! I do wish they had a more secure storage spot in the back or something since it’s within the convenient store but it seems like they have a good system otherwise. As a heads up, it was a pricey Uber from the airport to get there but overall still cheaper than the options available there. Would definitely use again

I am leaving a real review. I used it on Saturday, and Saturday usage hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. The boss has to get off work too, so please don't be late. The boss runs the mart in parallel and stores it within the mart. For reference, the owner is Korean. We were also Korean, so it was nice to see you. They are really kind and respond quickly.
