First time using bounce. Location was not where we expected it to be based on the map and we expected self check in for the luggage which was not the case. However, we stayed at the Meininger hotel and the friendly front desk lady helped us out to get our reservation done to store our suitcases in their basement. Thanks!

The hostel is very clean, tidy, everything is new. Great atmosphere on the ground floor with places suitable for both work and entertainment. Excellent wifi and working conditions. Very friendly staff. It is unpleasant that the windows in the rooms open only from above, which limits the entry of fresh air, which is unpleasant, especially in rooms with more people. As another disadvantage, the frequent passing of trains should be noted, but for mentally healthy visitors this is not a big problem - you get used to it, and at night they do not pass.

My friend and I were too early to check in so we stored our backpacks for the day here. It was super great and felt secure since they tag your bags, take pictures, and the bag room seems very secure. I don’t have experience with longer term storage here but for a day it worked great!

Lovely hotel - very clean and in good order. All of the staff I met were friendly, polite and very helpful. It’s got great facilities and is conveniently close to the metro. The twin room was large, the beds very comfortable. The hotel had a very easy to use luggage store to leave your things post-check out. An excellent choice!

Storing and picking up luggage were both easy. Just talk to the staff. They speak English (and some of them even German) and are very friendly. The reception is open 24/7. If you follow the Google Maps navigation, you'll find the entrance immediately. Just ring the bell as soon as you arrive at the door to get in.
