Everything went very well!

Very convenient when you have to vacate your apartment by 10 a.m. and your flight is late in the afternoon. This allows you to enjoy the last moments of sightseeing without being rushed. A flat rate per bag, whether you leave it for 3 hours or a day.

No problems with the luggage service but staff could have been more service oriented.

The service is very good, affordable and practical for travelers. My only point is that, at least for the location in Milan, near Amicis station, the address in the app takes us to the wrong place. The right place is very close, but I believe that people in the wrong place are already a little upset with the possible amount of users trying to leave their bags there. Otherwise, everything works very well.
