Great experience dropping my luggage here. Everything was quick and I barely waited for drop off and pickup, even though there was a line at the front desk. So pretty streamlined. I dropped off two bags. One thing - they only tagged one although I'd have preferred to tag both. I asked about it, but there may have been a translation problem. I just wanted to make sure that my name was attached to both my suitcases. Ended up clipping them together. I'd drop it off here again though. The hostel has a pretty good reputation ultimately, and good people working behind the desk.

Seemed secure and drop off/pick up was simple. A little expensive but worth the cost.

It was great they took care of my luggage until I was ready to get them . They’re great!!

very easy to check in and check out! the room is not that small but it gets very full because people drop a lot of luggage very close to the door they don’t bother to be organized so hotel crew should assist people to avoid that instead of just letting people drop wherever

Worked out great - Traveling to different parts of Colombia with Medellin as a home base and it was perfect. Drop the big bag and travel lite.

there was no official check in / check out.. seemed a bit unofficial. I showed my phone and was waved to the luggage room. My baggage was not stolen so that was a plus. The security seemed a bit lax.

People were very friendly but they didn’t even look at the bag tags when we came bac k to pick up our bags. I certainly would never leave anything but clothes there as the room is not secure.

It was a little hard to locate building once we got dropped off by taxi. Address needs to state it is a part of the hostel as nobody from the neighboring businesses knew anything about a Bounce locker. Secondly, counter assistant, although nic, had an extremely hard time finding my confirmation number, even though I had it and showed her my email confirmation. This delayed us to get to our city tour, we almost missed it so it was very stressful.
