Open 24 hours and staff is friendly. Just know they’ve got a set of steps to go up in case you’ve got heavy bags. They take security very serious. All bags are tagged and then double checked to make sure the claim tags match.

Good experience, I booked through the website a day before, and I arrived and left my luggage, the pick-up was a little less fast because they were doing a checking, something normal since it is a Hostel, but we waited without problem for a few minutes and that was it.

Quick, Efficient and a Very Important Service

Everything great, very central and safe.

Very practical! Located near the Alonso Martínez metro. They attended to me right away, kept the suitcase in a locked room and gave you a receipt with a code for greater security when picking up your suitcase. It was open until 11:30 p.m. so I was able to enjoy the entire day without having to wait for pickup. Highly recommended and reasonable price (6 euros).
