It's a youth hostel with good customer service, although sometimes there are long queues. I recommend they clean the luggage storage area. They have lounge areas where you can have breakfast and coffee, but you have to ask for permission if you're not staying there. Very "cool and easy," I'd go back :-)

Very convenient storage, close to the metro station. The staff is prompt and efficient. A bit pricey. We paid the same price for a backpack and a large suitcase. They should charge less for smaller bags. Overall, I recommend it.

Open 24 hours and staff is friendly. Just know they’ve got a set of steps to go up in case you’ve got heavy bags. They take security very serious. All bags are tagged and then double checked to make sure the claim tags match.

A good experience. I booked online the day before, and I arrived and dropped off my luggage. Picking it up was a bit slower because they were checking in, which is normal since it's a hostel. However, we waited a few minutes without any problems and that was it.
