Very attentive staff and great carw of bags

It was a really good experience. The place is a tchotchke shop. All kinds of Hollywood souvenirs. The guy we dealt with seemed really nice. Had no trouble with our luggage. He stores it in a little tiny room in the back. Would definitely do it again. by the way, it is not really close to the Dolby theater. Don’t be surprised. It’s further on down the road. he doesn’t sell luggage locks so you might wanna bring some just a thought.

our experience with this luggage storage has been positive. The place is a gift store right on the Walk of Fame and near the Dolby Theatre, so very convenient for sightseeing. The owner of the store was friendly.

It’s a very convenient location to baggage drop-off after check-out if you’re passing by or waiting for a flight. This is a souvenir shop located just in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard. Price is ok and keep baggage in a safe area.

It was unclear of the location because it was a takeout restaurant. The sign will help. They kept my suitcase behind me counter. I was a bit unsure but everything was fine. I was able to walk around without a heavy lui!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

LuckyDeli is safe and secure, I left my bags form 9am till 11pm. I know it is a chinese restaurant but they take care of your things.

They are very nice people. Kept my bag while I was cruising around LA.

We had a great experience - the whole process was convenient and hassle free. The instructions from bounce were very clear and easy to follow.

Service was quick and friendly, but my bag wasn't marked as picked up, so I received a notification that I would be charged more if I didn't pick it up. It was a pain to have to install the app in order to figure out how to mark my bag picked up myself.

Store did not finalize my pick up

Was able to come directly from the airport and store luggage so we could take our tour of L.A. The place wasn’t labeled very good so be sure you know the exact address. At first glance the place operated as a gift shop and the luggage is kept in a storage room at the back of the store. Initial thought is that this place looks sketchy. We had an AirTag in our luggage so we could make sure it was where it was supposed to be. All in all it worked out but we did have initial second thoughts when we first saw the place. The store attendant was very nice.

The place is well located and they have extended hours which allows you to take advantage of the whole day, however the area where they store the luggage smells really bad and is very dirty. I wish they could improve on that.

I used it to explore the Hollywood area after checking out of the hotel. I selected the facility I wanted to use on the dedicated app, entered the date and time, and made a reservation. It was convenient because I could also navigate to the screen within the app to dispatch an Uber from my current location to the facility. The facility I used this time was a souvenir shop, and I showed the QR code on the app to the clerk, then was taken to a back room where they stored my luggage. There were no tags or anything, so I just left it there. Picking up was the same; it was simple; I showed the QR code, received my luggage, and was done. Payment was also completed within the app, which was convenient.

Checking in was awkward because we arrived late and that confused them.

Close to the station, simple procedure

Everything worked out well at the end. But, firstly and as some other reviewers have noted before, there’s no luggage storage signage or Bounce sticker on the windows to notify about the service. Secondly, when booking the storage online an automatic discount was applied to the total fee (first time use 5%?). Once I arrived at the facility with my baggage, the store front teller didn’t believe I paid a discounted price to store my bags. I had to present the email that was sent to me by Bounce to prove. Anyway, after a bit of arguing she agreed to take my bags and stored them right at the kitchen of her store. The area didn’t look very secure but I don’t think anything has gone missing. The pickup went smoothly.

The lady was very insistent on seeing the dollar figure I’d paid more than that I had a reservation. Whatever. Bags were kept just behind the counter, so I was a little concerned they may get kicked/stepped on, but all was good when I picked them up.

Bounce luggage storage was a life saver for my family of four traveling by train. We had 7 hours to wander around Las Angeles and preferred not to have our bags with us. The app was easy to use and find a close location near us. The check in process was easy and we were given a receipt for our bags after taking a photo of them for insurance purposes. Quick and easy. The location is why I didn’t give this service 5 stars. It’s very hard to know that they are a bounce luggage provider. Nothing outside to show you and it’s a Dim Sum restaurant from every angle. So maybe a sticker logo on a window to let Bounce customers know your in the right place. Otherwise a great experience. Would recommend and would definitely use services again.
