I was a little over 30 minutes late for depositing and picking up my items because I didn't know how to allocate time, but they were able to drop them off and pick them up without making me feel uncomfortable. Also, a regular customer in the lobby kindly informed me that when I pressed the buzzer, a receptionist would come out. I was lucky that Universal Hollywood wasn't too far away by Uber.

They were very friendly and had a very long schedule that allowed us to pick them up late.

The location is right next to the main street in Hollywood, so you can run for 10 seconds?! It's very close haha. The hotel's walk-in/vehicle entrances all have iron bars, and they let you store your luggage in a separate room locked with a key next to the hotel counter, so it's very safe! We needed to park, so we stored our luggage and inquired. They gave us a reasonable price, so we safely parked in a very safe place and looked around comfortably. The hotel building itself looks shabby, but it was the best choice!

QUICK PICKUp-we did the big bus tour n after was pinched 4 time 2 catch train - with the quick pickup we were back at the station n caught the train on time

Had a good experience with Las Palmas hotel. No issues in keeping luggage & wr very quick. Thr was a separate locked room facilty wch felt safe. Wld recommend.

After arriving on an early morning flight, I had plans to go horse riding in Hollywood, so it was very helpful to be able to leave my suitcase there early. After that, I enjoyed Hollywood and was picked up in the evening. The hotel staff were prompt, polite, and friendly.

The location is in Las Palmas in a Hotel, fast service, very objective and non-communicative staff. Don't wait for requests. In the end everything was as it was left.

The process was quick and the staff was helpful. Our luggage was stored in an employee only locked room. The only thing is the neighborhood doesn’t really feel safe with some homeless people and some of them lived in the hotel. Overall, it was a convenient location to store our luggage.
