As other reviews, this location isnt in the best part of town. There is a buzzer to get the security guard to let you in and out. Although the area was uncomfortable, I felt comfortable with my items being secured and locked by the staff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Upon return, the security guard was on break, so I was panicked when we stood outside for a while trying to get someone to open the gate. I recommend having their number available to call handy in case that happens. Staff apologized and was quick to help. Location was very close to the star walk and chinese theater. It was a short drive to Hollywood sign. No public restrooms available at location.

I was a little over 30 minutes late for depositing and picking up my items because I didn't know how to allocate time, but they were able to drop them off and pick them up without making me feel uncomfortable. Also, a regular customer in the lobby kindly informed me that when I pressed the buzzer, a receptionist would come out. I was lucky that Universal Hollywood wasn't too far away by Uber.

The hotel its at isn't in the best area (but about as expected for hollywood). There was a security guard on duty though, so I felt my belongings were secure. Staff was kind and quick to assist us as well, so it accomplished all it needed to.

Somewhat hostile but if you want to leave your bags at a hotel used as a film set, the hotel in Pretty Woman- sadly the one before Julia Roberts got an upgrade, look no further! Bags collected safely at end of the day

The map can easily find a location for me and lead me there. It's also easy to book and pay. The people at the location I stored my luggages were very nice and gentle. I were very satisfied with the storing experience. Good job!

The location is right next to the main street in Hollywood, so you can run for 10 seconds?! It's very close haha. The hotel's walk-in/vehicle entrances all have iron bars, and they let you store your luggage in a separate room locked with a key next to the hotel counter, so it's very safe! We needed to park, so we stored our luggage and inquired. They gave us a reasonable price, so we safely parked in a very safe place and looked around comfortably. The hotel building itself looks shabby, but it was the best choice!
