We needed to leave our luggage until night to be able to explore the city. We were happy with the experience as it is an hotel, which has attention all day. Your luggage will be safe in a closed room.

Bit of a scetchy area and hotel, but the bags were locked in a room fine.

I was a little over 30 minutes late for depositing and picking up my items because I didn't know how to allocate time, but they were able to drop them off and pick them up without making me feel uncomfortable. Also, a regular customer in the lobby kindly informed me that when I pressed the buzzer, a receptionist would come out. I was lucky that Universal Hollywood wasn't too far away by Uber.

Conveniently located near the Chinese Theater

The hotel its at isn't in the best area (but about as expected for hollywood). There was a security guard on duty though, so I felt my belongings were secure. Staff was kind and quick to assist us as well, so it accomplished all it needed to.

Somewhat hostile but if you want to leave your bags at a hotel used as a film set, the hotel in Pretty Woman- sadly the one before Julia Roberts got an upgrade, look no further! Bags collected safely at end of the day

The map can easily find a location for me and lead me there. It's also easy to book and pay. The people at the location I stored my luggages were very nice and gentle. I were very satisfied with the storing experience. Good job!

The location is right next to the main street in Hollywood, so you can run for 10 seconds?! It's very close haha. The hotel's walk-in/vehicle entrances all have iron bars, and they let you store your luggage in a separate room locked with a key next to the hotel counter, so it's very safe! We needed to park, so we stored our luggage and inquired. They gave us a reasonable price, so we safely parked in a very safe place and looked around comfortably. The hotel building itself looks shabby, but it was the best choice!

The staff was not particularly kind or welcoming, but all we needed was a secure place to drop our bags for a few hours while we explored Hollywood: and we got it. I’m thankful that this service exists!

QUICK PICKUp-we did the big bus tour n after was pinched 4 time 2 catch train - with the quick pickup we were back at the station n caught the train on time
