The business was easy to find. They were very attentive with my belongings and stored them in a place that they were able to keep watch of at all times. Conveniently located if you're the type of person to just want to walk around aimlessly in Downtown LA for the sake of exploring.

Was needing a short holding place before checking into my hotel. The worker was incredibly caring and cautious towards our stuff. Easy peasy. I didn't know something like this existed. I actually made a reservation thru a service they no longer used. They smoothly helped me set up with Bounce. Both guys we dealt with were equally as friendly. Would definitely use again the next time we're in that area.
