  • Really easy process dropping off and picking up. The one at South terminal is not as easy to find as the one at North terminal. The signage needs to be clearer. Had to get directions from information desk.

  • Fantastic experience! Only rating 4 stars rather than 5 because it took a minute to find for someone that doesn’t use it often. It’s located in the South Terminal after you exit customs. It is behind the arrival counters away from the street. Exit baggage claim and proceed through customs and turn right. It will be dead ahead and on the right. Very friendly and easy. Booked with Bounce.

  • Gatwick South location is in an excellent place, near the luggage check desk and departure escalator, but the information provided to locate it is not good (there are no signs to left luggage). Personnel on drop off was not very friendly, but the one on collection was much better. Overall great experience….but expensive… specially the hiden charge for handeling that emerge on the last step of paying….
