Wish you could pay just for the hour but other than that was very good. Only needed for a hour or 2 but had to pay full price unfortunately

Seemed a bit unorganized. Despite the fact that they had X tickets which equates to X pieces of luggage, they brought down 1 less piece and looked confused when I asked for the other one. All in all, not a big deal, but seemed odd.

Wanted to see bags go into secure room not left in front of till. Moved after asking

Though we showed them the QR code, they didn’t seem to know how many pieces of luggage they had to return to us. We had to insist we had an additional piece, and it took them a while to find it. This shows there may be a lack of organization on their part. Also the employee was very sick and it was hard for us to interact with them in the enclosed space of a small store like that.

We left our bags with the staff who packed them and gave us a password for each bag. They were serious and it worked well.

Vey efficient helpful staff. I met a friend in London, we were going to the theatre at county hall and it was a relief to drop our luggage in such a convenient place.

There was no sign that said the name of the store, the Bounce sign was small so it was a little hard to find at first. The employees were very friendly & quick however my bag was left out in the open of the store & not in a back room with the bags of my family. Nothing went missing but we were told they would be kept in a back room.

They asked That they have 2 store and i have not submitted my bag in this store. But i went in store when i drop my bag.
