Luggage storage Richmond Station Kew

very friendly staff and great location!

Perfect location for Richmond

Left a small bag with change of clothes and shoes whilst I was attending a wedding near by and travelled into the area from far - such an easy process - drop off and collection really quick. They scan your QR code when you arrive and when you collect as well as take pictures of the bag to ensure it’s the correct one. A 30 second walk from the station - cannot see the outside sign due to works around, however it’s about the 3-4th shop down on the right. Would definitely use again and recommend to others! Men in there was super polite too.

Quick and efficient service, would definitely use again.

Great location 👌

Excellent location to station. Easy process.

Good location close to the Richmond station

Very good location and easy drop off and pick up

Smooth drop off service. Photo of bags and feet taken for security.

Thank you for your attention, very kind!! I recommend it :)

The guys were amazing so helpful also I accidentally left a gift behind when I collected luggage and it was still there when I went back - thank you

Very convenient being almost next door to the station. Not what you'd expect of a place to stow baggage but it does what it says on the tin.

The gentleman that worked there was very helpful at drop off and even moreso at pick up. Highly recommend. And you can grab a quick snack or drink. Added bonus is the shop was air conditioned so it was refreshing this week.

Great spot for a day in Richmond or trip to Twickenham

Welcoming, perfect and easy. Felt secure and recommend

Convenient and easy drop-off near the station. Bags are stored in the secure back room.

Easy if you book ahead

Good location Easy process

Very friendly staff. Quick and flexible pickup

Smooth and efficient baggage drop-off. Friendly staff.

Simply Local were really helpful, friendly & made the whole process super simple. What a great service to have just down the road from the train station.

Drop-off/Pick-up happened seamlessly without delays.

Drop off and pick up are smooth.

Very easy to find and book. I booked it on the day for a few hours in the evening. Easy to find the place, to check in and pick up. Would highly recommend. Thanks to the team at Simply Local Richmond!

The location was a bit hard to find this time because of scaffolding outside the building. The sign was covered by it and I only knew where it was because I’d used it before. If they put out a sign on the sidewalk like the other businesses did, it would make it that much easier. But the drop off and pick up were super smooth.
