My husband and I received friendly top-notch customer service from Neil when we dropped off our luggage so we could explore the area before checking into our flat. When we returned to retrieve the bags that afternoon, Neil handed me a list of rooftop bars, area markets, and restaurant recommendations. None of his choices disappointed.
