I used this luggage storage for a morning between returning the rental car and leaving my flight (about 4 hours). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the terminal entrance. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The entire procedure for delivering and collecting the suitcases lasted just a few minutes, just enough time to check the booking and attach the labels to the suitcases

I was skeptical at first, but we had to bridge a time of 7 hours. The storage location was a hotel and the people were very nice and helpful. Dropping off an additional bag is also no problem. We booked online that day. The route from the airport to the hotel wasn't far, but a bit tricky without Google Maps. Overall great service, any time again.

Simple straightforward process for both drop off and pick up. Whole process from leaving the airport dropping off/picking up luggage and the back to the airport was 10 minutes maximum.

This was the perfect spot to leave our luggage for a few hours while we explored London during an afternoon layover. The airport staff pointed us in the right direction and it was just a short 5 minute walk from London City Airport. A convenient way to safely leave your bags and enjoy your free time.
