Dropped bag off & picked up within my allotted time slots. Asked the lady to keep it upright because I had a thermos type cup in there with a drink in it. That was done. Drop off was quick & pick up too. Pity that the place I went to, locally, allowed larger backpacks than stated. Would use again if needed & app is easy to use.
