Very easy to find and store our luggage. Was an immense help when we arrived early with our 4 kids and needed luggage storage for a few hours before our flat was ready. and easy to pick up, too!

Bounce is a neat service that really helps in a pinch. The gentlemen at the store are very lovely. My only small criticism would be that I paid to store my bags there for a long time, so they were stored down in a basement area and when I went to pick them up there was no one working who was physically able to assist me in bringing them up. Luckily I had a male friend with me who was able to help but he shouldn't have had to do that. The stairs down into the basement were very steep and it could have been a real safety hazard for him if he had been injured trying to bring my heavy bags upstairs. Something to consider if you have multiple or heavy bags, but I realize I may be an exception as I had just moved here and had a lot of stuff. Otherwise, very nice people and no issues w/ my stuff. Everything was kept safe!

Very handy for dropping off baggage near Vauxhall Station (and Underground). Short walk along a busy street and easily found next to a bus stop. Small step to access, but once in, everything handled and in and out quickly. Collection is just as straightforward. A brilliant idea.
