Fantastic service and attention. They were incredibly kind and stored our backpacks for our trip to Spain all day. If you decide to visit Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery and you're traveling with backpacks, this is the best place because it's centrally located and you'll have peace of mind throughout your visit. They even gave my son a postcard of Lisbon. Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend it.

It's a pretty good souvenir shop, and they collect your backpacks/suitcases and leave them in the back room. The service is excellent and very fast for both drop-off and pick-up.

It was the first time I left my suitcase in a place like this and it was great, the best decision we made. Right next to the Pastéis de Belém factory, very convenient, and you can eat lots of delicious things! The people at the store were very friendly and helpful, great and efficient service, very quick and easy. When we returned to pick up our suitcase, they remembered us and it was easy and fast.
