The staff were very kind; they allowed me to sit for 10 minutes with my mother, who was tired of walking around the small lounge, and also so I could charge my mobile phone.

Located in the hotel. A bit expensive but very convenient with the location near the Monastery.

Booking was very easy and the facilities were perfectly adequate. Everything was very clear and straightforward.

This is a reliable place to leave your luggage. We didn't have a reservation but arranged it on the spot. There are also numerous small businesses affiliated with Bounce. If you arrive there without a reservation, they charge exorbitant prices. Check the location and neighborhood beforehand. The first Bounce point we passed was a vacant building; the second one charged €10 per hour, but this one in Belem was perfectly reasonable.

We stored our luggage here for the day. Drop off and pick up were both fast and efficient, which was great because we were on a tight schedule. The luggage is stored in keyed lockers, which felt more secure than most locations that stick all the bags together in some backroom. As a bonus, we met an incredibly sweet and friendly dog there too!

A great place because in addition to leaving your luggage, you can rest and use the restroom. Highly recommended.
