The person at reception escorted us to a locker. The same when we retrieved it. Very simple, everything went smoothly.

I liked that the facility was inside a hotel with a separate desk that seemed to be dedicated to luggage storage. Our three bags fit into a numbered cabinet which they then locked. It was good to know that our bags weren't sitting out or mixed in with other bags. There was a restroom there that was good to use after and before our train journeys to and from Belem.

The staff were very kind; they allowed me to sit for 10 minutes with my mother, who was tired of walking around the small lounge, and also so I could charge my mobile phone.

Booking was very easy and the facilities were perfectly adequate. Everything was very clear and straightforward.

This is a reliable place to leave your luggage. We hadn't booked but sorted it out on the spot. There are also plenty of small businesses affiliated with Bounce. If you arrive there without a booking, they charge exorbitant prices. Check the location and neighborhood beforehand. The first Bounce point we passed was an empty building; at the second, they charged €10 per hour, but this one in Belem was perfectly fine.
