The lady who welcomed me and took care of my luggage for the day was friendly and sweet. It’s a Kimono rental shop and the whole process of checking in and out was very smooth. Kimono Kiccho was a great location to store our bags - it’s next to a subway stop that gets you to Kyoto station in just one stop. The owner was very kind and friendly. I liked that he checked the QR code and tagged our bags, and gave us the tags to show him later when we come back to pick up our bags. Both drop off and pick up was fast. I would recommend this location to others!
