pick up & drop off was very easy, it was a little difficult to find the entrance at first but we were directed down a little alleyway by a neighbour and met by a very sweet and kind lady who took great care of our bags. i had no concerns about our bags for the rest of the day. thank you!!!!

the location was easy to find in a street of the main one just behind a juice stall. the staff were lovely and very attentive giving us perfect recommendations for places to visit before our train while we stored our luggage. the man spoke english well and communicated with ease and enthusiasm! would highly reccomend.

The owner is friendly and helpful. Provide me water when the weather is so hot. Definitely worth the service. Thank you!

The location is a super short walk through an alley. I left my luggage there for a couple days and it was perfectly intact when I received it. Thomas was the sweetest and he even has different home stays throughout Saigon, definitely recommend booking with them!

Everything was perfect! The assistance with luggage, the directions to the location! And collecting our luggage was completely hassle-free! Thank you again!

Very easy and great location if you’re needing to drop off suitcases in the morning before an evening train. The host was absolutely lovely and even dropped me at the station when I picked up my bag! Highly recommend.
