Easy to book & convenient

I checked my luggage and had dinner at Papa Dum's, an Indian restaurant. It was my first time using Bounce, and it was convenient.

Nice place to keep your bags. This is located inside saigon new world hotel. Staff are always smiling and helpful

The place is actually a local's home at the end of a small alley. We left all our luggage there while waiting for the evening to go to the airport. The staff was very conscientious and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Simple and convenient luggage storage for Ho Chi Minh. We were able to adjust pick up time on the booking with no problem, all very smooth.

This was the closest place around Ben Thanh Market. It's a little way down an alley from the main road. It would be convenient if there was a sign. The staff was kind. I don't travel abroad very often, so I didn't know there was a service like this. The aisles at Ben Thanh Market are narrow, so it's difficult to walk with a suitcase. It would be more convenient if more people knew about this service and there were more affiliated stores.

Excellent, we left 4 suitcases for more than a month and they were just as we left them. The very kind boy helped us take them to the street to take a taxi

It's open 24 hours a day, so it's perfect for someone like me who has a late-night flight! It's a 30 minute walk to the airport, so if you want to, you can walk!

I was very happy with how easy this location was. Someone was immediately available to help for drop off and pick up. I was happy that the local was street level, but be aware that Grab taxi cannot take you all the way back to the shop at the end of the alley.

Very friendly and helpful locals who looked after our cases for us. Place is a little hidden down the alley and seems to literally be someone’s house, but he kindly saw us and confirmed it was the right place. So if looking for this address, it’s off the main road down the alley, looking like you’re going to the locals’ house.

Very helpful and accomodating people on reception

Great opportunity to store your luggage inexpensively. In the evening the street becomes a party zone and is very loud and crowded. It's better to order a taxi or Grab on a side street!!

No problem for removal and removal. It's perfect

Not the easiest place to find, from the main street head down the alley, turn right and head down that alley and at the end the place is on the left, someone was waiting to greet us and take our bags, we looked like lost tourists so he spotted us before we saw him. We had the bags there about 5 hours as we had to check out of our hotel and we had a late flight. Glad it was in the north of the city, as the the trip to the airport with the traffic wasn't too far. When we picked up the bags, even though it was a different person, he knew what bags were ours straight away. All in all, seemed very trustworthy and it did the job!

The friendly and lovely staff were very helpful. I was able to leave my luggage there and enjoy sightseeing without having to carry anything. Thank you!

This place is tucked away approx 200 mtrs inside an alley off the main street. Once you find the place, simply hand over your luggage to the friendly staff and quote them your pin, and you're off. Pick up is simple as well. Great experience all round.

Stored our luggage here for the day. Quick and easy to handover luggage would recommend. The address is down a lane way at the end with a sign on the wall. Just keep walking down the lane way until you see the sign on the left hand side
