Our luggage was returned promptly and safely. You have to go down a long alley way to find this place. It is at the very end of the alley.

I was surprised how easy it was to get luggage storage with many locations to choose from.

Everything fine. Luggage Storage was good. It's in the spa area of an luxury hotel locked in an office room. It's safe place. No problems and worries. Perfect for last days before catching a flight or a bustrip

Super convenient - especially if needing to leave bags during the day before an evening train. The host was absolutely lovely and even offered to drop me off at the station when I picked up my bag. The location was easy to find with clear instructions, and the bag was locked up safely.

Really great service. They were very kind and accommodating. The service was so simple and easy, show your QR code in and out, that's it. Felt safe keeping my luggage in their hands ☺️ would definitely use again. Well worth the price!

I checked my luggage and had dinner at Papa Dum's, an Indian restaurant. It was my first time using Bounce, and it was convenient.

Nice place to keep your bags. This is located inside saigon new world hotel. Staff are always smiling and helpful

The storage space is actually at a resident's home at the end of a small alley. We left all our luggage there until the evening to go to the airport. The staff were very conscientious and accommodating. I recommend it!

Simple and convenient luggage storage for Ho Chi Minh. We were able to adjust pick up time on the booking with no problem, all very smooth.

This was the closest place around Ben Thanh Market. It's a little way down an alley from the main road. It's convenient to have a sign, and the staff were friendly. I don't travel abroad often, so I didn't know this service existed. The aisles at Ben Thanh Market are narrow, so it's difficult to walk around with a suitcase. It would be great if more people knew about this service and more affiliated stores were added.

Very good service

Excellent! We left four suitcases for over a month and they were exactly as we left them. The very kind young man helped us carry them to the street to catch a taxi.

It's open 24 hours a day, so it was perfect for me since I have a late-night flight! The airport is only a 30-minute walk away, so I think you could walk if you wanted to!

I was very happy with how easy this location was. Someone was immediately available to help for drop off and pick up. I was happy that the local was street level, but be aware that Grab taxi cannot take you all the way back to the shop at the end of the alley.

Very friendly and helpful locals who looked after our cases for us. Place is a little hidden down the alley and seems to literally be someone’s house, but he kindly saw us and confirmed it was the right place. So if looking for this address, it’s off the main road down the alley, looking like you’re going to the locals’ house.
