We needed to find somewhere to store our luggage at short notice. I hadn't heard of Bounce before and only found it through Google. I was a little uneasy about leaving all our belongings somewhere else, but we really wanted to do the day trip to Miyanjima and had to leave our Airbnb on short notice. Booking with Bounce was incredibly easy via the app, the staff on site were so friendly and spoke excellent English. Drop-off and pick-up were quick and seamless. I would definitely use it again and can reassure you if you've never done anything like this before!
