Luggage storage Minami Ward

Great app!! It was a huge help for my trip to Japan. I reserved a storage space at a shop in just three clicks.

I have been to Japan 14 times now since 2016, but this is the first time I have ever seen such a service as bounce. I gave it a try for the first time at this location for 4 days while I travel to Shikoku Island. The bounce service was excellent! This location is located in the randor hotel, just a couple blocks from Hiroshima station. The process is mostly online, and quite efficient in the drop off and pick up using QR codes. I found it to be excellent, safe and secure. As I will be traveling many times to Japan in the future, I plan to continue to use bounce services throughout japan. Cool service!! It's new!!

They were very kind and even gave us a gift

Had a great experience storing my luggage here. Originally I’d followed the map up to the pinned area but thankfully as other travellers had pointed out, the actual location is the Randor Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful! I hadn’t booked in advance (which you need to do) so I quickly registered on the spot and they stored my luggage for a few hours while I explored the city. Highly recommend if you need luggage storage near Hiroshima station!

Walking distance from Hiroshima Station (7-10 minutes). Find it quickly using Google Maps. To enter, ring the bell; they accept and return items using a QR code. It's quick and convenient.

This was a really helpful alternative when lockers at Hiroshima Station are all full! It’s really nearby and the owner is so friendly and helpful!

Everything perfect

We're from Reunion Island. We arrived at Hiroshima station and found the luggage lockers full. We found Bounce online. It was very easy to access, the online booking was quick, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We were delayed collecting our luggage in the evening because of a street closure. We sent an email to let them know. They were incredibly responsive and helpful despite this unforeseen issue. The staff were fantastic. We recommend them 2000%! We'll definitely be back.

This place is wrongly placed on a map, you need to go to a Randor hotel reception which is like 100 meters from this place. Apart from that, everythig was as expected.

Super easy and awesome

It is close to the Shinkansen station and the staff is very friendly. There is a ramen place around the corner where the owner is very friendly and the ramen is delicious.

It's a little far from Hiroshima Station, and I got a bit lost at first, but it was easy to find. The shop is on the third floor, and the shop name on the door was a little hard to see, so I opened the door cautiously. Once inside, a friendly woman greeted me, which put me at ease. Once you've been there, it's not that far from the station. I was glad I could make a reservation, as it was reasonably priced. After picking up my luggage, I received a small gift, which made me happy.
