Dropped my large backpack off here when I took a flight to Flores! Very very safe and professional. I think it was about $3 a day to store the bag so definitely saved on the flight baggage fees.

Fantastic service

First time using Bounce as Guatemala airport did not have luggage lockers. They charged $5/carryon bag. It was a very secure location and the check in process was diligent. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to use the bathroom/have some water in their common area before heading back out. Great experience, highly recommend.

Smooth as butter

First time using Bounce to store our bags. The hostel staff was very friendly and receptive, even let us hangout in the common area until our flight. Would stay here in the future due to the hospitality.

It was very helpful, I left my suitcases there for approximately 4 hours. Everything was good, the staff was very friendly and all the instructions on the app were well explained; I would definitely use this service again.
