To be honest, I had never used this service before, especially not in a country and area I didn't know, but since it was an Airbnb recommendation, I understood it to be reliable.

The location was excellent and easy to reach, and the person who assisted us was very kind and friendly. Our luggage was stored right in the building of our accommodation, which allowed us to explore Guatemala City without any problems or rush.
