I didn’t even book at the hostel but after I picked up my bag it was really dark out so I asked if I can stay inside until my uber came and they gladly said yes:)

They were extremely kind, took care of our luggage, and helped us both upon arrival and with the collection of our backpacks.

The gentleman who helped us was extremely kind, extremely helpful, and gave us a contact to let him know when we would be ready to pick up our bags. Everything was quite safe, and our belongings were well taken care of!

Staff was super friendly and thorough with security measures. The hostel itself felt safe and conveniently located near the airport. Our bags were stored securely in a separate luggage room. Highly recommend!

First time using Bounce as Guatemala airport did not have luggage lockers. They charged $5/carryon bag. It was a very secure location and the check in process was diligent. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to use the bathroom/have some water in their common area before heading back out. Great experience, highly recommend.

Smooth as butter

First time using Bounce to store our bags. The hostel staff was very friendly and receptive, even let us hangout in the common area until our flight. Would stay here in the future due to the hospitality.

It was very helpful, I left my suitcases there for approximately 4 hours. Everything was good, the staff was very friendly and all the instructions on the app were well explained; I would definitely use this service again.
