Easy and effective

It was great because we could also get sparkling water and use the bathroom while here. The hostel is also centrally located and so convenient to reach Via Garibaldi as well. And the restaurant next door was quick and easy!

Very warm welcome

I'm completely satisfied. And it was super close to the train station. Easy to find. Very good! Super friendly people, and so on and so on 😍🙏 I just thought the staff would take my luggage and bring it to the room... they gave me the key, and I was able to bring it in and out myself. Since I had a new MacBook Pro and an iPad in my backpack, among other things, I had a bad feeling; it wasn't as described, that the staff would store the luggage. Luckily, nothing was missing, but anyone who had stored luggage had access to the room and could have stolen things from the backpacks, which often happens in storage rooms. All in all, though, I was happy.

Easy to find and perfect because it is close to the station

Friendly service, but I received an alert that my bags had been removed when in fact they had not been.

I was a little concerned that our bags weren't labelled as ours when we dropped them off. (Other Bounce locations have given us tags.) Given that they were kept in a large room with other deposited bags this made me worry a bit that they could have gone astray by getting mixed up with other clients' bags.
