Very kind receptionists, convenient location of the property and cheap rate.

Luggage is left in a common room and can also be picked up from there. This is supposedly monitored by cameras, but I imagine that when using a luggage service like Bounce, I get a drop-off (and return) with number verification as a service.

Also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport which was very helpful after a long day on our feet.

Luggage storage in the entrance area of a hostel. Long flight of stairs before dropping off, no elevator. Unfriendly staff, left suitcases in front of the reception desk, gave us pick-up numbers but did not attach anything to the suitcases while we were there. They immediately pushed us towards the exit. There were other suitcases/bags in the foyer - so there was no locked room. When we picked them up there was another, friendly staff member, which was OK.

They could be open for later, that would be nice

I was a little concerned that our bags weren't labelled as ours when we dropped them off. (Other Bounce locations have given us tags.) Given that they were kept in a large room with other deposited bags this made me worry a bit that they could have gone astray by getting mixed up with other clients' bags.

Safe and easy, located within a great hostel!

Everything worked out fine, things were really smooth. I was a bit nervous about handing over the bags without any bag tags or some sort of receipt. Something tangible to make sure that my bags were received and tied to me somehow would have been very reassuring. However, the service overall was very good, very easy.

The employee refused to check out, arguing that it would be done automatically. However, if the customer does not have internet access to confirm check-out via the app, the charge will still be made. In addition, the bags are left in the entrance hall of the establishment, a place where many people pass through.

As the hotel isn't in the best part of town, I feel the baggage should be stored in a locked room not in the open near the reception desk.

When we came to get our luggage, lady just gave us their keys to the room where were all luggages of all customers. They didn't ask our names or pictures what our luggage looked like. So it would be very easy to steal peoples luggage.

The staff is good and very helpful. It's a bit difficult to find, but it's very safe to leave bags here. We must be careful to pay attention to the signs of this shop.

The deposit is in a small hotel on the 5th floor of a historic building at the beginning of Via xx Settembre, really convenient from the station.

Fast, friendly service very close to the train station. However, the process is not entirely certain (despite the camera in the luggage compartment), as the guests carry out the insertion and removal themselves.

Great,but one of the bags was damaged during storage

Thanks to past reviews, we found it easily. 5th floor of Astro B&B hotel. 7 mins from genoa brignole train station. Antonio was great.

Very helpful, nice place, room was absolutely packed when we got back but we managed to get the bags out ok.

Mixed feelings. Staff was friendly and the hostel is very nice, yet security is bad. Everyone dropping off or picking up luggage simply gets the key to the storage room and is not supervised. Nobody checks how many items I dropped of and how many I am taking out or if these are my items at all.

All bags stored in one room. Anybody with reservation can access. Security seemed pretty loose.
