  • I was surprised and disappointed that there wasn't a free luggage room in the hotel. But it was rather easy to use bounce. It wasn't limited in time regardless of what was written on the website which was great. The staff was friendly. The room is super secured.

  • The kiosk was only found after asking, as there are similar shops next to each other. Baggage drop-off was quick. Pick-up also went smoothly.

  • The location near the city and train station is fantastic. Everything from booking and luggage storage to pick-up was flawless. The employee at luggage check-in seemed a bit annoyed in the morning; he probably had a bad start to the day. Otherwise, I would book both Bounce and the station at the cathedral again anytime.
