Luggage storage CasaPort

I had the best experience here!! Site was easy to find (they have a sign up at their store!!), location was in the middle of the Old Medina and close to Casa Port (10 min walk) so there was lots to explore right after I dropped my items off and it was easy to access via airport/train. This was great because I only had a 12 hour layover so I didn’t have to spend too much time worrying about my bag. Items were returned safely, host was on site the whole duration. So kind & so helpful and even gave me tips for shopping at the medina! Offered coffee as well but sadly I had to leave for my train! Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to store bags in Casablanca and would absolutely use again! (:

An amazing experience in Casablanca !! Vacating our apartment by midday but not flying out till late evening we had no idea what to do with all our bags but after doing a Google search found the Bounce website which had fabulous reviews. Downloading the App & booking in was hassle free even for a couple of middle aged women !! Google Maps took us straight to the Souvenir shop in the Market Place with the Bounce flag on show & we were met by the absolutely delightful young gentleman who could not have been friendlier & more helpful. On our return he insisted on accompanying us by foot to the railway station to help with the large bags & then refused any form of payment so I literally chased him down & insisted on a small thank-you token. His bubbly personality & integrity shone through & we would highly recommend Bounce CasaPort !!

Faysal, the Bounce representative, was very nice and helpful. The luggage was kept safe. Thnx! Since it’s not possible to store any luggage at stations and airports in Morocco, this service is really helpful. You have to walk about 10 minutes from Casa Port station though.

Super reliable and friendly

Faisal is a super cool and trustworthy person. He looked after our suitcases, lent us pashminas to cover up at the mosque, and gave us lots of tips for Morocco. He's a very hospitable and kind person.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is easy to be found and you can see the blue flag to mention the location. I also got some souvenir from the shop. The distance was just 7 mins by walk from Casa Port station only.

Fantastic experience! Lahcen was incredibly friendly and welcoming- he offered us coffee when we arrived and tea when we left, which was such a nice touch. He was very responsive and made everything easy and smooth. Honestly felt more like visiting a friend than using a storage service. I’d definitely recommend, and would happily stop by again just to say hi!
