It was fantastic. The service is located in the medina, inside one of the shops. My luggage was securely locked in a room, I was welcomed with coffee, and I was given their Wi-Fi to check in. They were really kind; I would definitely recommend them!

In Casablanca (as in all of Morocco), you won't find any storage lockers. So leaving your bags here was a very convenient solution. They're kept in a secure, CCTV-enabled facility. Faisal was very kind and helpful. He told us a lot about Morocco and Casablanca while offering us complimentary tea. On the way back, he even walked us to the taxi, helped us with our suitcases, and spoke to the driver on the phone to explain our whereabouts. Excellent service!

We left our baggage here for an afternoon and the owner was patient and kind, gave us a discount and even refused the tip we wanted to give him. We're very grateful! (If you can't find the luggage storage, ask any of the workers inside the souk and they'll point you to the store Souvenirs du Maroc, which is the actual place)

I highly recommend it !! 👍👍👍👍👍 we went on a trip to Morocco and wanted to find a place to leave our luggage while we took a tour before heading to the city of Tangier. Since we were carrying laptops and some valuable items, we decided to book through this site because of its good reputation in the reviews. Although we found the price slightly higher than other companies, what mattered most to us was the safety of our belongings. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially the young man with the beard, who served us tea and gave us many useful tips about Morocco and the places we were going to visit. Honestly, the service exceeded our expectations their work is truly amazing.👍👍👍

The price is a bit steep, but my God, the service is worth every penny! When the owner found out I was late for the train, he dropped everything and drove me there without charging me a penny. I missed the train, of course, but that's my fault, or, as they say, a whole other story... Okay, I'll tell you the short version: I lost my bank card along the way, and the owner of the luggage storage place practically crawled under cars and found my card under one of them. He was a lifesaver! Thanks to him, and may you live a long and happy life.
