  • Couldn't be better really. We needed to get a sleeper train to Aswan in the evening, but checked out of our apartment in the morning. The hostal that took our bags was just round the corner. No fuss, trustworthy, and we were welcome to use their WiFi and toilets then pick up an Uber to the station from right outside.

  • Staff speaks English. Friendly. Free bathroom and cheap water. Great place to catch your breath. Elevator is old and looks unsafe, but worked just fine.

  • A place worth recommending. The suitcases are labeled and kept in a separate room. The staff is kind. It’s on the 10th floor of the building with a strange elevator, but don’t let that scare you. 😊

  • Great experience with Madina hostel. Centrally located, We kept our luggage, we freshened up, we also took breakfast on additional payment. Only thing was the elevator to the tenth floor, which was a bit of a relic and really old style.
