Grand royal hotel 6th floor. Safe, quick, really kind! I hadn't saved the code that bounce had sent me and the owner gave me the wifi password to help me.

This was the friendliest hotel in Egypt! I booked a half-day luggage storage service with Bounce before heading from Cairo to Siwa, but the bus to Siwa was sold out, so I ended up staying overnight. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Muhammad, who responded quickly to all our requests and was incredibly kind. I think the hotel facilities are great value for money.

Great place in the heart of downtown Cairo to store your luggage and enjoy Egypt. Owner is very courteous and responsible. Highly recommend it.

Wow, I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but one Korean person gave it 5 stars without a word, so I booked it right away. The location was a bit hard to find. If you look at the ice cream shop that Koreans call "Egypt Yoa Jeong" on Google Maps and turn left, you'll find the entrance. Go inside, turn right, and you'll find the elevator. If you don't close the elevator door properly or bang your suitcase against it, a warning sound goes off, and it's super loud, so be careful! Anyway, it's on the 6th floor. When you go up, the staff kindly guide you! They even let me take a shower ㅠㅠ I used the restroom a lot too (it wasn't intentional...). I was prepared to pay, but it was free ㅠㅠ Thank you. The water pressure was great, and I even repacked my luggage here... I came here because the luggage storage at that place with tons of reviews and the famous ones was full, and it's just so, so, so, so good! When something is really good, I write a very detailed review, you know? It really is great. Koreans, go here!

We searched for this service in the airport but they said that this service has been closed since corona virus pandemic. So thi is rhe best choice nearby Cairo Airport. They kept our lugage and we explored Cairo, pyramids. Their hospitality is the best i think. Trust me, no concerns. Current price from morning to until midnight 200 EGP for each lugage including taxes (New Grand Royal Hotel Floor:6)

Had problem for the uber to find the place cause when i keyed in the address given, it doesnt show the exact location. But with helps fr the locals, managed to find the place. The host, Ibrahim is very friendly and accomodating. Everything else went smoothly

We needed a place to store our luggage in Cairo for 24 hours. This hotel is in a very busy area, but they were so helpful in sending someone out to carry in our bags & keeping them safe. It was only $18 USD for 2 days for 3 medium bags. What a great service Bounce offers!

I 100% recommend it! Contrary to some negative reviews, I assure you it's a secure place to leave your luggage. It's on the 6th floor of a hotel that doesn't look like much, but the receptionist is very friendly. They have a private, enclosed room, assign you a number, and retrieve your luggage when you come to collect it. Trust them; it saved our day!

Very good, welcoming, efficient and responsive staff. It met my expectations.

I left my luggage here for 4 hours, but the location is a bit confusing. It's inside the New Grand Royal Hotel, on the sixth floor. You take the elevator up, and when you arrive at the hotel reception, they'll help you. A friendly guy was there and stored my luggage for me. I paid the agreed-upon price on the website and didn't book online again. I highly recommend it. I've included some photos so you don't get lost.

The staff and experience was great. I liked the signs that told you that the hotel was on the 6th floor. The location was secure and convenient as my bag was placed in a room with other bags.

Overall good experience. Easy drop off and pickup. It is on the 6th floor but there is an elevator that will take you there (although it is not up to typical Western standards if you are nervous about those types of things). Staff was friendly and spoke English which was nice. Bags didn't seem overly well secured but there were cameras and staff around so I wasn't too concerned.

It wasn't what I expected, but our luggage was safe for the hours we needed it to be stored. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They even let us use their Wi-Fi to look for transportation to the airport. Highly recommended.
