I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but a Korean customer gave me a 5-star rating without a word, so I gave it a thumbs up. It was a bit tricky to find, but on Google Maps, I saw an ice cream shop called "Egypt Yoajeong" (Egyptian Yoajeong) among Koreans. Turn left and you'll see the entrance. Go in, then turn right and you'll find the elevator. If the elevator door doesn't close properly or you bang your luggage, it'll set off an alarm, and it's incredibly loud, so be careful! Anyway, it's on the 6th floor, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! They even let me shower. ㅠㅠ I used the bathroom a lot (not intentionally...). I was prepared to pay, but it was free. ㅠㅠ Thank you. The water was really good, and I even repacked here. I heard the luggage storage at the famous place with tons of reviews was full, so I went here, and it was so, so, so, so~~ great! When something is really good, you write a detailed review, right? It's really great. Koreans, go here!

We searched for this service in the airport but they said that this service has been closed since corona virus pandemic. So thi is rhe best choice nearby Cairo Airport. They kept our lugage and we explored Cairo, pyramids. Their hospitality is the best i think. Trust me, no concerns. Current price from morning to until midnight 200 EGP for each lugage including taxes (New Grand Royal Hotel Floor:6)

We needed a place to store our luggage in Cairo for 24 hours. This hotel is in a very busy area, but they were so helpful in sending someone out to carry in our bags & keeping them safe. It was only $18 USD for 2 days for 3 medium bags. What a great service Bounce offers!

I recommend 100%! Contrary to some negative comments I reassure you it is a secure place to leave your luggage. It's on the 6th floor of a hotel which certainly doesn't look like much, but the receptionist is very friendly. They have a closed room out of sight, give you a number, and will collect the corresponding luggage for you when you come to collect it. Trust them, it saved us a day!

Very good, welcoming, efficient and responsive staff. It met my expectations.

I left my suitcases here for 4 hours, but the location is confusing. It is inside the New grand Royal hotel, on the sixth floor. You go up by elevator and when you arrive at the hotel reception, they will assist you there. There was a nice guy and he kept my bags for me. I paid what was due on the website and I no longer booked online. I recommend it 100%. I leave some photos, so you don't have any losses.

Overall good experience. Easy drop off and pickup. It is on the 6th floor but there is an elevator that will take you there (although it is not up to typical Western standards if you are nervous about those types of things). Staff was friendly and spoke English which was nice. Bags didn't seem overly well secured but there were cameras and staff around so I wasn't too concerned.
