Since the location is inside the Grand Royal Hotel Cairo, it is very easy to find. It’s located in downtown Cairo, 5 minutes away from the museum. Staff is friendly and helpful and the whole process is very smooth.

very practical, I left my bag while I visited the museum which is a 10 minute walk away. the lovely staff! Thank you Joe for letting me stay and wait at the hotel because my plane was at 2am. the staff were smiling and very kind, I was in a space of trust and calm. very relaxing after 10 days where people just stopped you in the street. A great way to end the vacation!

They were great! Highly recommended. We even had to go back to pick up something out of our luggage and they pulled it out of storage for us. They were so nice and helpful. The one caveat is that when we arrived, we couldn’t get the elevators to open, maybe because it was so late so we started carrying our luggage up the flights of stairs before figuring out how to get on the elevator.

Easy to pick up and drop. It's right in the city center. We dropped off two small bags, they kept the luggage in the hotel lobby by the reception.

Great customer service! As far as luggage handling is concerned, I felt that my luggage was well taken care of and secure. The Cairo Museum is less than ten minutes' walk away.
