Luggage storage Inside Budapest Airport - Arrivals Floor

Great staff and fast process.

Both people I interacted with during drop off and pickup were incredibly friendly, spoke excellent english and are the reason I left with an exceptionally good impression of the whole service.

The staff at the luggage hold office seemed happy to see that I had booked ahead of time through Bounce. Both dropping off and picking up my luggage was a breeze and I will definately use them again next time!

It took a while to find the place as it was difficult to find. The location map is misaligned. It should be clearly written as 0F of Terminal 2B. The staff member who could speak Japanese was very nice. thank you

Expensive at the airport

The only bad thing is that the address is not exact as such. It is inside the airport itself and the GPS tells you that it is outside.

The location should be better indicated on the app.

The wording of where the storage space is located should mention that the "arrivals floor" is at the lowest level. According to the map on the Budapest airport site, the departure floor is marked as ground, leading one to believe that arrivals would be above departures.

It was hard to locate the store

The location wasn't very known by the airport employees and faced some difficulty finding the location as there were no signs Otherwise everything was great and super friendly staff
