We stored our bags at this cycle shop as per the instructions from the app, the experience was great. The owner (or the staff member) was very reasonable and helpful. Leaving our bags here was very convenient, and everything went smoothly. The bags were safe and returned in the same condition. No issues at all — would definitely use their service again!

The owner was very nice and welcoming. However, it was not clear via the Bounce website that this is NOT a storage place but a bike shop that stores luggage. Bounce should be clearer about that. It was also hard to find since we were looking for a storage facility. The owner was great so giving it 4 stars
