The staff was super helpful and made both the check in and check out very easy. The luggage was kept in a separate room and - just to add one more positive note - it's a great bar where you can have a great drink after leaving/taking your baggage

After a bit of investigation, the facility is inside the cafe28. Bar staff were very helpful, and reasonable price, and safely stored our bags. Good service!

Everything normal…no difficulties

Everything was fine, the staff was very friendly too. The only thing which made me suspicious was the fact that we did not leave any information to make sure that only we could pick up our baggage and the person which handed it out was different from the person we gave it. In the end everything worked so I guess they may have some way to ensure that only the right person can take the baggage without checking the Email from bounce.
