Great convenience

I found this locker through the Bounce app. At first glance, it's just a simple storage facility and might give you a bad impression regarding the safety of your luggage. In reality, it's very secure, with a single entrance, the main one, equipped with a 24-hour security camera. To proceed, simply go to the restaurant next door, which owns the locker, and show them the QR code from the app after payment. The staff was super friendly, explaining how it worked and how to proceed to collect your luggage. I have to say, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it!

Very good communication with the stuff Drop in/drop off excellent. Access from the street. The nearby brasserie is a plus. I highly recommend! We had a very good experience.

I left my medium-sized backpack while waiting for my flight out of Bucharest. Place was easy to find, staff who assisted me was nice and respectful, bag was safe, i was able to clean up before leaving as toilet was free to use. Would recommend this place.

We were expecting lockers (only on previous storage facility experience) , but met by a lovely young man who let us into their storage room. Storage was on racks, so not securely locked away but we felt safe leaving it. Was part of the restaurant next door. Convenient for central Bucharest . Would recommend

We could not fault our experience at Reina Brasserie. Stefan was so welcoming and really put us at ease, given we'd never used this kind of storage before. We also stayed for a drink and a bit to eat. Stefan was so accommodating and polite and recommended the carrot cake. The carrot cake was a very generous serving and easily the best carrot cake we've ever had. So moist, lovely flavour and the perfect level of sweetness. Big thank you to Stefan. And we would without a doubt recommend this location for all your luggage storage and carrot cake needs.

Our experience at Reina Brasserie was amazing. We could not fault it. Stefan was incredibly welcoming and explained how the service worked very clearly. After exploring the city we returned to Reina Brasserie and hour or so early for a drink and something to eat. Stefan was so accommodating and polite and recommended a selection of dishes from the menu, one being the carrot cake. We received a very generous potion of carrot cake which was easily the best carrot cake we have ever had. Really moist, lovely flavour and with the perfect level of sweetness. We would highly recommend Reina Brasserie for all your drink, food and luggage storage needs.

Everything was very easy! The staff who helped us was very friendly. The luggage storage is spacious and well-closed. Ideal if you need to store your luggage in the center of Bucharest.
