We could not fault our experience at Reina Brasserie. Stefan was so welcoming and really put us at ease, given we'd never used this kind of storage before. We also stayed for a drink and a bit to eat. Stefan was so accommodating and polite and recommended the carrot cake. The carrot cake was a very generous serving and easily the best carrot cake we've ever had. So moist, lovely flavour and the perfect level of sweetness. Big thank you to Stefan. And we would without a doubt recommend this location for all your luggage storage and carrot cake needs.

Our experience at Reina Brasserie was amazing. We could not fault it. Stefan was incredibly welcoming and explained how the service worked very clearly. After exploring the city we returned to Reina Brasserie and hour or so early for a drink and something to eat. Stefan was so accommodating and polite and recommended a selection of dishes from the menu, one being the carrot cake. We received a very generous potion of carrot cake which was easily the best carrot cake we have ever had. Really moist, lovely flavour and with the perfect level of sweetness. We would highly recommend Reina Brasserie for all your drink, food and luggage storage needs.

Everything was very easy! The staff who helped us was very friendly. The luggage storage is spacious and well-closed. Ideal if you need to store your luggage in the center of Bucharest.

Easy and quick drop-off. The café is quite centrally located and the staff are very friendly. Drop-off and pick-up each took maybe 2 minutes.

The young man who served us was very friendly and helped us with everything, from opening the door to leaving our suitcases outside the restaurant. He even helped us carry our luggage. We also had breakfast at the restaurant since the online ordering system wasn't working. He recommended a delicious breakfast option and speaks fluent English.

I highly recommend Reina Brasserie. It was very convenient. Easy drop off and pick up ,friendly staff. The toilet is very clean.Also a very good place to eat because its cozy and the food is delectable. We had eaten there during drop off and before pick up.We travel in group and are very satisfied🙂
