Very nice service and staff, close to the T (Maverick), so an ideal spot to store luggage close to the airport.

This location worked out perfectly for us. Less than 2 minute walk to the T (Maverick). Friendly attendant. Great price. Would definitely recommend!

I went into the store, gave my confirmation number and took my luggage with no problem. The lady in the morning was very courteous. It was the same way in the afternoon for pick up.

Staff was friendly and process was quick. No fault of theirs, but the store location wasn't optimal.

People on site were great, very nice, but I couldn't find my booking on the Bounce app. Eventually the Latin Envios person found it in her system. ... Great location right next to T subway station into town or other way to airport.

Decent place to store bags while in Boston. Only downside is there are no "lock" tags added to bags at drop off before they are stored. Had no issues with bag security however.
