Super friendly staff, even helped us find the closest quickest way to take a shuttle to the airport. Bags were safe all day, and even stayed open a few hours later than expected.

Had a 12 hr layover dropped our bags off here to spend the day exploring the city. Everything was as it was when we picked it back up and the shop itself was really cute

Easy access friendly shop keepers. This location was close to our Airbnb and they. Only possible issue is that they have dogs coming through the shop for treats so if you have a dog allergy this may not be the best choice

Super convenient to find the place closer to Boston International Airport. The owner couldn't have been friendlier. Even suggested a shortcut to airport shuttle bus stop!

Friendly folks at the market, gotta eat there next time because the food looked great too. You can use the Embassy Suites shuttle to get within a 5 minute walk of the place. For a long enough layover it’s great to go check out Piers Park etc.

The storage place is also a local deli which smelled great. The owner was very friendly and everything went seamlessly.

Very efficient way of getting my luggage stored while I was on a long layover at Logan International Airport. Booking and check-in processes were very straightforward. The "luggage host" was extremely pleasant. The location was around a 10 minute walk from the car rental center and then a further 5 minute walk after depositing the luggage to the Maverick T-station to take the Blue Line into downtown Boston.

They were super nice! Although the Bounce App said the place closes at 6pm when it closes at 5pm.

Great little neighborhood market close to the airport. Look for the tiny blue Bounce flag. Friendly staff. We had a long layover and had time to venture into the city for a bit, but we needed to store our luggage. I've never used Bounce before, but the whole process was simple. You do need to do everything online through the Bounce app. No problem! I downloaded the app while I was standing there in the store. Had the timing been better, we would've/could've/should've bought lunch there, too.
