Luggage storage Porto-Saragozza

Five stars across the board. I used this luggage drop four different times, and every experience was excellent. The staff were consistently friendly, kind, and welcoming, and they made the whole process quick and stress-free each time. My bags were stored safely and securely, and I never had a single issue—everything was exactly as I left it. What really set this location apart was reliability. The staff were always present during the posted hours, which unfortunately wasn’t my experience with other storage spots around Italy. In a few cases elsewhere, locations weren’t even working with the Bounce app anymore, and I had to rebook a new drop-off and walk in the rain. That never happened here—this place was dependable every single time, which made a huge difference while traveling. As an added bonus, the drop-off location is also an impressive gym—clean, professional, and genuinely awesome to see. Overall: safe storage, great service, and a location that feels trustworthy. I would absolutely use this spot again and recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth, reliable luggage storage experience.

We used them twice on a trip, the first reservation was via another app that they were not a partner of. They spent time looking into it and still helped us at the end. I lost my wallet and they called the central taxi service re lost and found for us. We used bounce the second time around and it was so very easy. I would recommend them. Your luggage is stored in the reception area and not in a closed room. It's not easy visible when you enter. This did not bother us as you have to badge in to use the gym services and the luggage is next to the receptionist.
