  • The gentleman who received them wasn't very talkative, but he was polite. The establishment is a bazaar. The suitcases are left in a separate room, divided from the store by a curtain. Since this app includes insurance that covers the luggage, I didn't feel unsafe. The place is easy to find because the address is correct and it's at street level.

  • The location wasn't easy to find if you're unfamiliar with Bilbao and don't know that a local train station with shops is hidden behind an ordinary building. Additional information would have been very helpful. Dropping off and picking up the item was very easy: the shop owner was extremely friendly and accommodating.
